Due to the nature of digital products, the cooling-off period (statutory cancellation right) does not apply.

Returns and Exchanges for Defective Physical Products:
Please contact us via the form on our Contact page within 7 days of receipt. We will either refund the item (including shipping costs) or replace it with a new one.
Please note that returns due to customer preference are not accepted.
